Registration and Fees:

  • Registration Fee: A $55.00 non-refundable registration fee is due for each swimmer upon enrollment.
  • Annual Fee: The registration fee is billed annually in the anniversary month of the original registration.
  • Payment Method: Only electronic payments (credit/debit cards) are accepted. You are responsible for keeping the payment method on file current.
  • Sibling Discount: A $10.00 discount is offered on the second child, per month, for 2 or more enrolled siblings.

Makeup Lessons and Cancellations:

  • Cancellation Notice: You must provide 24-hour notice to be eligible for a makeup lesson. Notice can be given via the parent portal, phone, or in person.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: A $25.00 fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and the lesson will not qualify for a makeup.
  • No-Shows: Missing a lesson without notification will count as 

Enrollment and Withdrawal:

  • Withdrawal Notice: A 30-day cancellation notice is required if you decide to withdraw a swimmer from the school.

On-Site Policies:

  • First Day: Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get acclimated.
  • Parental Supervision: A parent or caregiver is required to remain on the premises during the swim lesson.
  • Required Items: Swimmers should bring swimwear, a swim cap, goggles, and a towel.
  • Diaper Policy: All swimmers under 3 (or not fully potty-trained) must wear both a disposable swim diaper and a reusable diaper.
